Around the corner (Goa) is a reflection on the multiple worlds happening simultaneously across the city. As one street corner has a second power outage of the day another corner invites their children to school. As one corner serves as a popular bakery another repairs motorcycles while lighting a cigarette.

You may have lived here all your life or you may be discovering Panjim for the first time as an outsider. No matter your viewpoint, surprises, coincidences and creative accidents reveal themselves as we collide two screens with contrasting perspectives.

Two artists come face to face with themselves as they travel throughout the city, allowing its history to affect their bodies and emotions.

There are no wrong interpretations to Around the corner. This film is an open door to create new connections from the first cries of the crows at sunrise to the crashing of the waves at sundown. Through the two characters, the life of a city exposes itself with its many faces of work, leisure, faith, duty, wonder, chaos and beauty, all at once interrupting each other and occasionally walking hand in hand.
